These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the phmpalad platform. By accessing or using phmpalad, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully before playing.

You must be at least 21 years old and a resident of the Philippines to register and use phmpalad. By creating an account, you confirm you meet these requirements.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phmpalad login credentials. Any activity conducted under your account is your responsibility.
All financial transactions on phmpalad are subject to verification. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit where possible.
All phmpalad bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. Bonus abuse, multi-accounting, or exploitation of promotions will result in account suspension.
phmpalad is committed to responsible gaming. Self-exclusion, deposit limits, and session controls are available to all players at any time through account settings.
Fraud, collusion, use of automated software, money laundering, and any form of cheating are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination.
Important Notice: These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and phmpalad ("phmpalad," "we," "us," "our"). By registering an account, accessing the platform, or placing any wager on phmpalad, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree, you must not use the phmpalad platform.
For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:
2.1 To register and maintain an Account on phmpalad, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:
2.2 Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) Account on phmpalad. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in the forfeiture of all balances and permanent account termination.
2.3 By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that all information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and current. You agree to update your account information promptly if any details change.
2.4 phmpalad reserves the right to refuse registration or to close any Account at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason, subject to the return of any verified Real Money Balance.
3.1 phmpalad is required to verify the identity of all Players prior to processing withdrawal requests and may request verification at any time during the account lifecycle. This process is commonly referred to as Know Your Customer (KYC) verification.
3.2 You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:
3.3 Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the timeframe requested by phmpalad may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges or the closure of your Account. phmpalad will not be liable for any losses arising from delays caused by incomplete or unsatisfactory KYC submissions.
3.4 All documents submitted for KYC purposes are handled in accordance with phmpalad's Privacy Policy and applicable Philippine data protection laws.
4.1 phmpalad supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, and Mastercard. Supported methods may be updated from time to time at phmpalad's discretion.
4.2 All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party account will be reversed and the associated Account may be suspended pending investigation.
4.3 Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed within the Platform's cashier section and are subject to change without prior notice.
4.4 Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. phmpalad targets processing of GCash and PayMaya withdrawals within ten (10) minutes of approval, and bank transfers within one (1) business day, though these timeframes are not guaranteed and may vary due to third-party processing times.
4.5 phmpalad reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending investigation of any suspected fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms. In such cases, phmpalad will notify the Player and provide a reasonable timeframe for resolution.
4.6 All transactions are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Currency conversion fees, if any, are the responsibility of the Player.
5.1 phmpalad may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, reload offers, and other promotional incentives to Players from time to time. All such promotions are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be communicated at the time the promotion is offered.
5.2 Unless otherwise stated, Bonus Funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "Wagering Requirement") before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn as Real Money.
5.3 phmpalad reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already opted into a promotion will be notified of any material changes.
5.4 The following conduct constitutes bonus abuse and is strictly prohibited:

6.1 All games available on the phmpalad Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the applicable rules before placing any Wager.
6.2 All slot and RNG (Random Number Generator) games on phmpalad use certified random number generation technology provided by licensed third-party game suppliers. The outcomes of all RNG games are independently audited for fairness.
6.3 Live dealer games are conducted using real physical equipment (cards, roulette wheels, dice) operated by trained dealers in a professional studio environment. All live game sessions are recorded.
6.4 In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game session, phmpalad will endeavor to resolve the issue fairly. Where a game round cannot be completed due to a technical fault, the Wager for that round will be refunded to the Player's Account. phmpalad's decision in such matters is final.
6.5 phmpalad reserves the right to void any Wager that was placed as a result of a software error, pricing error, or any other technical fault that resulted in incorrect odds or game parameters being displayed.
7.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phmpalad Platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

8.4 Players who have self-excluded from phmpalad must not attempt to re-register or access the Platform during their exclusion period. Any Account opened in circumvention of a self-exclusion will be closed immediately and any balance forfeited.
9.1 All content on the phmpalad Platform, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, game assets, audio, video, and the overall design and layout of the Platform, is the exclusive property of phmpalad or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to:

10.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, phmpalad shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
10.2 phmpalad does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We will make reasonable efforts to maintain Platform availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.
10.3 phmpalad's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude phmpalad's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
11.1 phmpalad collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
11.2 phmpalad implements industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption, to protect your personal and financial data. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and phmpalad cannot guarantee absolute data security.
11.3 phmpalad will not sell, rent, or otherwise transfer your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for their own marketing purposes without your explicit consent, except as required by law or as necessary to provide the Platform's services (e.g., payment processing, KYC verification).
12.1 phmpalad reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, phmpalad will notify registered Players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect, where practicable.
12.2 Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request the closure of your Account.
12.3 The most current version of these Terms will always be accessible at phmpalad.club/terms-conditions. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
13.1 These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
13.2 In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the phmpalad Platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. Players may contact phmpalad's support team to initiate this process.
13.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, the parties agree to submit the matter to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
13.4 Notwithstanding the foregoing, phmpalad reserves the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm arising from a breach of these Terms.
